No, guests booking a plan without facility access are not permitted to use the pool, sauna, gym, or other wellness facilities.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full treatment time. However, depending on subsequent reservations, the treatment duration may need to be shortened. Please note that the full treatment fee will still apply in the event of a late arrival.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made after this time, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
